I've been on the Depo shot for about a year now. But I've just now started to notice how bad my anxiety has depression has been. Has any one else noticed any kind of changes when they get the shot? And does anyone have any sort of coping mechanisms. I obviously need to be on some sort of birth control, but i feel as though it makes my anxiety and depression skyrocket. Thoughts?
