young moms where do you meet other young moms ?

I'm a FTM and I guess technically a young mom (I'm 26). Everyone I meet seems to be in their 30s-which I don't mind at all but it seems moms even just a few years older aren't keen on befriending a younger mom.

I'd really like to make some other mom friends. I've tried going to a few BF meetings but I think bc I'm younger (and look young too) other moms seem kinda stand offish or just not interested in getting to know me. It's a bit lonely not having other mom friends. Most of my friends don't have kids and aren't married so we've been having trouble relating as much.  Where do young moms go to meet other young moms?

Interested in this too. I'm 22, and married with our own house and jobs, but whenever I meet other moms they kind of talk to me like I'm a teen mom living at home 😟 I'm hoping that once it's summer and we can go to the park I'll find some recurring moms to hang out with, but it's definitely not easy 😑

You're not so young. I don't mean it in a mean way lol I think 25 on forward is a great age to have kids. I had my first son at 26. Young will be 18... in my opinion lol

Moms groups at churches! And if you go to story times, playgrounds things like that just try and get connected with moms you meet there ask what are things to do with kids in the area, you'll sort of get in the loop like that haha or find that lots of times moms in story time etc meet once a week or something and more than willing to invite you on their get togethers :p

I don't know, all my mom friends are younger than me. My friends from high school are younger than me by a couple years and while it took us time to get pregnant, they all had multiple pregnancies each. Then a couple friends I'd made at work, also younger, happened to be pregnant around the same time as me. I'll be 30 in about a week and a half. But common interests are common interests and age doesn't matter. I'm so glad my son has this tribe of other kids to grow up with.

I'm an army wife who lives on post so it's easy to find mom's but I've been the youngest most are late 20's and up (I just turned 19) but I've never been treated differently for my age.

Support groups and church is where I've made mom friends. Our local hospital has a breastfeeding clinic which has a monthly support group which I've enjoyed. Look online for support groups on your area.

I was a young mom at one time (17 when I had my son) and I joined a teen mom group for support & to
network with other young moms.
So I guess to me 26 isn't a young mom but maybe check out your local library for a kids book reading to start off..

Are u from the uk? If so, there should be playgroups close where you can take your baby (ask your health visitor/midwife), children's centres, I live in bham U.K. And we have children's wacky warehouses & stuff like that before 3pm( when school children finish) there's a lot of mommies with their babies :)
