Labeling Disabilities...

Do you think it is helpful to diagnose and label young kids with disabilities if they actually have them? Or do you think it is damaging? I have heard arguments for both sides, I'm just wondering what <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">Eve</a> thinks about it. Why do you think it is helpful/damaging?
