Breastfeeding mamas...supply decreasing?

Question

Have any breastfeeding mama's noticed a decrease in their supply?  My LO is 5 months and I want to breastfeed as long as I can for his first year.  Did anything help boost it?  I already drink the tea and make lactation cookies.  Thanks!!

Lots of water and oatmeal! I make oatmeal breakfast smoothies, and that has helped a lot. Also always pumping while feeding baby has helped.

I noticed supply decreasing and the thing that really helped was pumping after the last feed of the day and again right before bed. After a couple days of that I was back up to producing a surplus.

I noticed a drop recently and it made me realize I'd gotten lax about staying hydrated and eating healthy/regularly. I've been trying to be more diligent and it seems like it may have helped a little? Also making sure I pump often enough when I'm away from my son, though I definitely think the more he nurses directly the more it helps.

Don't fall for it! Your body becomes more efficient at producing milk and tends to store less and make more on demand around this age. It's totally normal!

Babies become much better eaters as they gain more experience, unless their weight gain is affected I wouldn't worry about it. My breasts no longer feel full and leak less but my LC says it's completely normal

I'm in the same situation!! I don't pump enough anymore for his daycare so they have to supplement him with formula now.... I've tried cookies in the past and they didn't seem to help. I started the tea this week and I feel like it's made my supply worse! And it makes my stomach turn

I've noticed a big drop in my supply lately. I went from being able to pump 4-5 ounces in 30 minutes at work to only being able to pump 2 if I'm lucky. I just got my period since having LO, and have heard that that can mess with supply.. idk, it's stressful 😔

Has your son been sleeping longer (or waking up more) at night? Maybe your body is just trying to cope with a changing schedule? My son started sleeping longer at night and my body adjusted the timing of the supply, then the 4 month regression kicked in and it felt like I wasn't keeping up with him with all his night feeds again.
