Dirty talk

My fiance and I are pretty vanilla when it comes to sex. The only time anything dirty is ever said is in text, and it's always me. We're both pretty reserved, kinda shy, but he's not shy in bed. Dirty talk has always turned me on in the past, and we have great sex when we have sex, but I feel like something's missing, talking dirty to me.

Any ideas on how to encourage it? We haven't ever talked about wants or needs in bed, just kinda figured them out over the past 7 and a half years.
