Any difference between serophene and clomid?

Hi there! I'm starting the first round of serophene tomorrow. I was wondering if any of you has any stories to share. I used clomid once but it really didn't do much for me...

they are the same drug just brand and generic names.

I thought, and I could be wrong, but I thought that they were just different brands of the same drug. Are they not?

Probably yes but I was concern because I read that some generic brands aren't too good. Thanks!

I just come back from the doc; the nurse says it's just the brand but the side effects can vary. As long as it works I'm fine with it!
