abnormal Pap smear while pregnant.

I am close to 8 Weeks pregnant. My Doctor did a Pap smear 2 weeks ago. I got an email with the results back today stating that they were abnormal and there's a procedure they'd like to do to further look into it when I hit my second trimester. Since I was 15 I've gotten a Pap smear every year and have never received an abnormal result. Has anyone else received this result while pregnant and everything turned out okay?
