First appointment and changes to the EDD

Did they change your EDD after your first ultrasound? I have my first appointment March 9th at what is believed to be 8 weeks exactly. I have a fairly regular cycle and think it is unlikely that I conceived at what would have been the estimated date of ovulation (death flu that week). So I expect they will move my EDD, and I kinda think I conceived earlier and am further along, but I don't hear those stories on here. Thanks!
