What's the best website to start a baby registry on? It won't be making it for awhile but I just want to see what people preferred when using it for their shower☺

I registered at Target and Amazon. Both give you a 15% completion discount coupon to use at the end to get the remaining items after your shower. Well, as you may find out, most people don't actually buy you things off of your registry so you're left purchasing a lot yourself and the coupon comes in handy. What really bothered me with Target is that they are constantly going out of stock in the things I registered for so half the stuff I could no longer buy by the time I got the coupon. Secondly, what really upset me was they have a cart limit online so you can only actually purchase 25 items at once. Since you can only use the 15% off coupon once you can't even get all the things with the coupon. The local targets never have everything in stock so that's why I had to purchase online instead of in store. In store they would never give you a cart limit so it's really dumb that they do online.

I used target. And that's it. From what I've heard people don't even go by the place you registerd really. I can't remember where my friend registerd but no one got anything from where she register, but she still got everything she needed&wanted. My showers in a month so we'll see.

I registered at Amazon & Target. Amazon has been going out of stock of the things i am particularly picky about what color & brand, of course. (As bratty as that sounds, I really don't mean it that way). But it's the easiest for us, as we have family all over the country who won't make it to the baby shower. And I picked target for the rest because I found some things for much cheaper there!

This weekend I registered at 2 places. Babies r us and target . Personally I liked registering better at babies r us because they go through a lot more with you when it is your first time and the whole store is dedicated to baby where as target just has a section. BUT babies r us website seems to be really glitchy on my iPad so I have spent less time editing my list with them where as target is much easier . Also target gives 15% off the registry where as babies r us only gives 10%. Have fun!
