Heart Shaped Uterus!?

Does anyone have any experiences with a heart shaped uterus? I'm 23 weeks and 4 days. I'm having some sugar issues where if I dont eat within an hour I get shaky and very sick. My feet are also starting to swell and I have very bad migraines almost everyday from 2pm to 7pm. Could this be because my uterus or does it sound like GD or preeclampsia?? My aunt had preeclampsia, toximia and diabetes with all three of her pregnancies.
