starter sippy cup?

Going to start my daughter on a sippy cup when I start giving her water , (after her 6 mo check up) what sippy cups preferably with a straw would you recommend for A starring cup? For a 6 mo old

I have a few for 4 months + from Playtex.  No straw. A spout. Havent introduced them yet. Still ebf. Figured he might take that.

I just have a free flow tommee tippee cup it's a little messy as first but my daughter loves drinking water from her big girl cup, the tip folds down so it doesn't spill in your bag but I went to a workshop that said we shouldn't buy non spill Ines as they have to work really hard to get a drink and that stops them learning to drink properly, hope that helps, my little girl has had water cup from 4 months old
