10dpo symptoms and cm

So I'm 10dpo. I've had pains and twinges in my lower abdomen and thought my ovaries since after ovulation. Today I had cramping but not my normal AF cramps. I usually cramp a whole week before AF and they are horrible cramps. I got home about 20 minutes ago and checked my cm. I had a ton of white creamy lotion like cm and my cervix is very high and soft. But BFN. I'm hoping these are good signs. Anyone have any idea if this is good or not ? I'm testing with internet cheapies. Maybe I should do a FRER
