Nipples? Never had this before

So I know you can't tell me if I'm pregnant or not, but I would love to know if anyone had had this before and gotten a bfp. Thanks in advance for your time and input ;)

I'm 8-9 dpo, and I have begun to see these bumps in the area around my nipples. I know they are always there, but usually they are flatter and the same color as the rest of that skin. I'm noticing that they are a little larger in size, standing out a little more and a little brighter in color to like a pink. They kind of resemble a zit (without a whitehead). My nipples then are very sensitive and my boobs are too- even a hug too tight is painful. 

That's really it. I'm cycle day 20 af is due on the ninth. I have no cramping or any other symptoms. So am I reading too much into this or has anyone else experienced that before their bfp? Thanks again for the support ladies!
