How much did you pay for one of the above  blood tests? I'm under 30 and insurance doesn't cover it. Thanks for replying !

I'm 29 and my health insurance covered 75% of it. With my fertility specialist it's a requirement to get it done. Came to $400

Mine was free through insurance. But since I wasn't sure if they were going to cover it (and I didn't want to be shocked by the bill) I called the actual lab company once my doctor gave me the lab slip to get blood drawn. 
For mine (sorry, I can't remember the brand) it was going to be $795 with no coverage. And they also had a 'discount program' for those that qualified.
