I'm 4 dpo and I believe I have implantation bleeding, or maybe I'm just too anxious to get pregnant so I think it's implantation bleeding and it's really something else?

Implantation occurs 6-12dpo & bleeding would fall into that as well from when you implanted.

4 dpo is way to early. Implantation doesn't happen before 6dpo. I got it on 6dpo.

Many women dont have implantation bleeding. I have been pregnant twice and didnt bleed with either one. You can actually google search it and you will find a calendar that estimates when you would have implanted. Maybe it matches up with your bleeding. Good luck!
