Anyone here found a solution for "extreme" mood swing?
I'm desperately trying to find tips to cope and subside my extreme mood swing. I think it's hormonal related as I always feel extreme 3 days prior my period come.
Please don't judge, but the reason why I'm desperately looking for help/ideas is because I went suicidal/abusivd on the weekend over the stupidest thing. (My boyfriend reminded me he couldn't see me and me feeling left out led to self harm. ) it's crazy as I would usually just cry etc.
I'm quite ashamed and shocked of my unacceptable behaviour and response. As soon my period came I was fine.
I'm already seeing counselling but right now whatever it is, period related , is driving me insane.
