having dreams of my ex.

Hi girls. Lately i've been having dreams about my ex. We broke up about 3 years ago but he's the guy i lost my virginity to. I've had 3 dreams about him in like the last month, but the weird thing is that in these dreams my current boyfriend of one year is in them too!

In these dreams they aren't anything sexual but why am i dreaming about him and my current boyfriend in them too???

I'm confused as to why this is happening?

I don't miss him and i'm super happy with my boyfriend so i don't know why?

My ex and myself finished on bad terms so idk?
