Iowa mommies and THC

I've had a horrible pregnancy when it comes to being sick, at first I lost 38 pounds and had to be carried to go to the bathroom and my fiancé had to give me baths.. at that point we didn't know if my body would be healthy enough to support her...we tried smoking marijuana. And I gained all that weight back, finally felt her move and made me functional... now I'm close to her coming, I need to know if my doctor will drug test her and I. Without asking me or telling me or getting my consent...
