What is this? WARNING MIGHT BE TMI FOR SOME PEOPLE

So, I just shaved for the first time and noticed this. (the yellow sort of bubble type thing) I'm a virgin, never even used a tampon, so this is definitely not an STI. It's smooth to touch and no hair grows there. I'm fairly certain i've had it since I was much younger, I sort of recognize it in a way? (if that makes sense) anyways I just wanted to make sure it was nothing bad. Maybe like a weird birthmark? Just wanted to ask what you guys think it may be.
