You should check out the Ovia app. It's awesome. It has a whole list of every kind of food/drink you can think of and lists it alphabetically and whether it's safe to have while pregnant.

Hi the things that jump out to me are below:
You can't have cured meat, deli meats , cold cuts. Raw or undercooked egg (watch out for restaurant made mayonnaise, Cesar dressing and tiramisu cake). All meats and poultry must be thoroughly cooked no red left. I heard liver should be avoided too since it contains too much vitamin A.
You can't have fruits, salads or veggies that have been sitting out unrefrigerated for a while like at salad bars or buffet style restos.
You can't have raw fish (sushi), and certain types of fish are off limits due to the levels of mercury contained. Salmon, shrimp and others I can't remember are safe. No smoked seafood, salmon is safe cooked but not smoked.
Don't have any soft unpasteurized cheeses. Hard cheeses like cheddar and others are okay.
No alcohol. Only drink pasteurized juices. Limit caffeine to one cup a day (be mindful of the caffeine content in sodas and chocolate). There are many many herbal teas to avoid (the list is too long) especially in the first trimester.

Look up a list online. There are several things you shouldn't have. Hotdogs, lunch meat, lots of fish, lots of caffeine, I can't remember everything cuz I was pregnant almost 5 years ago.
