So I had my baby at home, MW told me I had a 1st degree tear which didn't need stitches.

Roll on 10 days and u had a peak. It's longer than I thought it would be and doesn't seem to be healing very well!!

It's clean and not infected or anything like that. I would have expected it to be neatly healed by now.

Does anyone have any experience of this?

I'm wondering if I've over done it.

Thought I was recovering well, this has given me a bit if a mental and physical set back 🙁
