headaches ??

I've been having constant headaches/migraines for the past week or so straight, don't know how to deal with them anymore. I'm tired of being in pain, could it be cuz of my sleep patterns?

Drink more water. I get headaches when I'm not hydrated. Find I'm needing 2.5L a day to keep the headaches at bay now. Also lack of sleep doesn't help.

Yea i had a migraine for three days it sucked and tylenol dnt freaking wrk you cud have dehydration it could be hormone change but i hear tht happens alot with pregnancy

Me too for 3 days straight! Throbbing migraine that was nonstop. I was eating and drinking enough water. I told my mom who is an OB nurse. She immediately took my blood pressure and it was getting very high. She is monitoring it now because she is so upset. But last night she told me hot towel on the back of the neck, forehead, and on eyes and relax. I did and woke up this morning and it is gone. Not completely but definitely will be by tomorrow. I really hope this helps because I know the pain you are in. Peace and love ❤️

It could be but my doctor said it's usually dehydration. Even if you normally drink a lot of water like I do, you need so much more when you're pregnant! Get ALOT. It's also hormones. I have them too and they're no fun

I'm having the same headache/migrane problems. It's worse than the morning sickness 😩

Pollen is bad right now and if I'm outside for longer than 5 minutes and I have a migraine the rest of the day
