Teaching and Pregnancy

My husband and I are trying to have a baby and I am a teacher. We have been on and off about our decision if I remain teaching or do I become a stay at home. Now, I love teaching and we need the income but I wouldn't want to miss out on my child's firsts, plus I want to breastfeed, and I'm afraid of day cares. Looking for some advice from any other teachers who could give me some insight?
