This is an odd question - I'm sitting here looking at one of my fav ultrasound pics and baby's face is pressed up against the placenta, as it was during the whole 30 min ultrasound session lol. Did you moms find that when your baby was born he or she liked having something nuzzling against their face? Blanket, boob, stuffed animal? If babies enjoy the cocoon feeling of the womb I'm wondering if the same goes for liking something against their face, as has been the case for 9 months.
