Anyone else having issues with their boobs?

So lately I have been having to hand express my boobs to relieve some of the pain. They get so full that I have to do this 2-3 times a day. Today they started squirting across the room which made my SO laugh. I'm only 30 weeks + 4.

I'm not quite there yet, but I definitely started feeling my nipples get a little damp here and there my breasts are get really sore underneath and they just feel uncomfortable

My boobs haven't done that yet but my boobs do tend to hurt and they do leak a little. And I'm 33/3 days already.
