Rash on inner thigh creases help?
14 days post partum, and I have what I'm lovingly calling "adult diaper rash" in the creases of my inner thigh / crotch. It hurts real real bad. But it's not as if I can just not wear underwear because...still post partum bleeding.
I've been putting coconut oil on it. Anyone have better suggestions...?
