White bumps from tanning bed... Anyone know what these are?

Hi... I've been tanning in tanning bed for almost a month now and recently I found these white bumps that itch... They look like mosquito bites. They are near both of my elbows and I was looking at the rest of my body to see if I saw anymore and I also have a few on my back (they don't itch though). But they are bumps, like mosquito bites. Anyone know anything about this? I have gotten white spots before but the spots are just from where I've lost pigment. These are actual bumps. Like I said they are like mosquito bites. Any answers or anything would be great!
