So I've been with at the same job for 6 yrs I've worked really hard and worked alot of days off I mean I really dedicated myself to my job missed alot of stuff. I was up for a promotion and then told I wasnt getting it then they moved me to train people in the position I wanted once again up for a promotion and didn't get it. I have trained 4 people in the position I wanted and now I've been stuck at a store where im not heard and have been treated very badly I feel bullied here. I get picked on and it make me very horrible I used to live coming to work till I got to this store. I've said something to someone higher up but they won't do anything. I want to quit but im afraid of not finding a job fast enough because I am the one who supports my family but im at the point I want to leave right now. I moved 8 hrs from my whole family and the last 3years I've been here its been horrible. What would you do stay and keep dealing with this in hopes you finally get the promotion or leave
