Sooo tired n drain out not to mention the light headed symptoms

I'm a first time mom at age 24, I'm 28weeks pregnant but the weird thing is I'm getting so weak, feeling sick and light headed at this point. When I should have feel that way in my early pregnancy which I didn't. Is something wrong with me at this point?
