Autoimmune disease postpartum?

Have any of you ladies gotten diagnosed with an autoimmune disease postpartum? I'm mainly thinking of lupus but I know there are many others.. any symptoms specifically that warranted a trip to the doctor? I have a lot of this in my family and am a little worried because I'm slowly showing symptoms. I'm pregnant now with my second. Tell me your experiences!

Sorry the previous poster was so rude...and wrong...it absolutely can show up during or after pregnancy. Go get checked out!

Lupus doesn't just show up.. and it's an extremely deadly autoimmune disease. Please see a doctor and stop self-diagnosing.
