please need advice ladies

I have just had an ultrasound I had two dominant follicles one on each ovary one was 16mm and one was 12mm. She was very interested in the 16mm I'm only on cycle day 13 so I'm hoping this is positive as I have a 30/32 day cycle she said these should grow !! Does anyone have any stories to share with me at all!!? I hope I get my BFP!! 💖
