Close age gap anyone?

I just found out we are pregnant with baby #2 and I have a 12 month old 😅😳 currently FREAKING out. Anyone have any experience that can make me more at peace with this? The first baby was a honeymoon baby and is the best thing to happen to us but this one may have been more unplanned than our daughter 😂
