Well, she basically was saying she wanted you to watch what you're eating and exercise daily. As long as you are doing that and taking care of that baby I wouldn't worry :)

Yes!! I'm 31 weeks and I've gained 25lbs!! 125 pre pregnancy. You're fine just eat healthy, go for walks, if you're really worried don't eat junk. In my opinion the more weight the better for breast feeding and you cannjust lose it after. Whatever :))

Maybe she was guilting you into not gaining much by saying 15lbs tops, but is allowing you wiggle room. Soon, (around 29-30w for me) your stomach will be sandwiched between your lungs and uterus that you won't want to eat much haha 
Just up your protein and try not to stress too much. Congrats!

Just keep being mindful of what you put in your body! I started a little overweight and haven't gained any so far (I'm 14w4d) but the hunger is real and I know the weight gain is coming! Listen to your body and just try to be healthful 😊 I think you're on a good track and still staying well away from the 25-40 lb gain others usually have.

I was 193lbs pre pregnancy and I've gained 20 lbs already! I'm only 24 weeks. My doctor hasn't said anything about it though. I'm sure t was just a precaution
