Still can't hear the heartbeat

I went in for my 13w1d appointment yesterday. The only reason I got an ultrasound is because they still can't hear the heartbeat. I wish I could upload a video because you can see it beating and the Dr. said it was about 140-150. Anyone else having this issue?
