Severe Cramps😩
Hi ladies! I've always gotten cramps the first couple days of my period, the first day being the worst. For the past 6ish months I've noticed that it seems like my cramping pain has increased every cycle. I could barely leave my bed the first day of my last cycle. Has anyone experienced anything similar? Thanks!
