sex after vaginal birth

I hate to admit that after almost a year, maybe 10 months I finally had sex again. We'll sort of..(my SO and I aren't on great terms so I honestly could care less if we ever have sex again). He told me he couldn't take it anymore and talked me into it. I'm 11 weeks pp and it honestly hurt a little but it was over in like 30 seconds 😂so it was tolerable. My concern is now I need to go back on the pill (been avoiding it since we weren't having sex) and I'm afraid it will drop my milk supply...
