Possibly Pregnant?
Hello everyone! So I have been having some major symptoms the past week including extremely sore breasts, bloating, random bouts of nausea or stomach upset, high sense of smell, food cravings/aversions, slight pelvic pain/ache, and now lower back pain. I just had a laparoscopy in March and I have a history of blood clots. I normally don't worry, but last year I had a blood clot in the messentary of my intestines caused by a surgery that almost killed me. My back pain has been keeping me up at night and forcing me to take hot showers in order to get some relief. I'm nervous that I might have another blood clot, but it might also just be a pregnancy symptom?
AF is due in 3 days. I took a test today and it was negative, but my gyno said that I still might be pregnant. They told me to wait till Wednesday and retest. I already visited with my primary to see if it was a possible UTI or something like that, but she said my urine was perfectly normal. Should I wait or make a trip to the ER? Also, if I do make a trip to the ER, if they want to look for a clot they usually do a CT with contrast, but wouldn't that be dangerous?
