I gave birth to my now 2 year old daughter when she was 31 weeks, with it being so long ago it's kind of hard to remember symptoms etc. I'm now 29 weeks pregnant with my second and have been having appointments in a preterm clinic, I have a weak cervix and take cyclogest pessarys until I'm 34 weeks. I've already been admitted to hospital with 2 positive fibronectin tests and told my cervix is soft and was having contractions although they gave me tablets to stop labour which it did and I'm now on bed rest! If anyone has experienced a premature labour what were your symptoms? This past week/10 days I've been having diarhea (nothing in my diet has changed) I've read it can be a symptom of early labour but can't remember if I had it with my first pregnancy or not! Last night when I stood up I also felt very wet on my knickers and legs (tmi) don't know if it was just discharge and I've also been crampy and pressure. I'm trying not to over react and go to hospital but it's hard Not to!
