So i had my 7 week dating scan yesterday to find i have a gestational sack but its empty.... im hoping and praying that my lil munchkin was either hiding or just too small to see. Had both types of ultrasound.. on tummy n vaginally... i had a miscarriage in January and d&c on 3rd feb. Dont particularly want to go thru it all again! Hate disappointing husband and feteling like this... #feelingempty
