I had a cervix check today at 37 weeks, she said I would spot... but is this normal? I wiped again after and it was fully red again but no clot. Ahhh FTM too anxious.

She may have stretched your cervix without telling you. There's no reason for a cervix check to make you spot. Honestly, cervical exams at the end of pregnancy are actually pointless and A) sadly, not all doctors are your friends and they will take that as an opportunity to think they're helping you if they yank on your cervix a little (which is a membrane sweep which needs your consent) and B) all cervical exams are opportunities for bacteria to be pushed up into your uterus and cause an infection in your or the baby. There is no good reason to get cervical exams at the end of pregnancy, some doctors will tell you this - some won't. Sorry you're bleeding, that's no fun!! Hugs
