Sleep nursed and clogged milk duct

Big problem here. 1.5 months ago my now 5 month old daughter went on a nursing strike. Since then she'll only nurse while asleep and it's worked fine but overnight I developed a really bad clogged duct and as a result I don't think she's getting enough from that breast. I know I should start her on that breast and then switch but the problem is we always did one breast per feed and when I've tried to switch she wakes up and won't latch back on. Her pees have also decreased today she's at 5 since midnight and is usually at 7 (I know it's not too bad but still a change). I'm also worried that my supply will continue to drop due to the clog. I've been putting hot compresses, massaging, hot shower, and putting after she eats. Does anyone have any other advice? I might give her some pumped milk before bed via syringe
