I don't get it??

When I get upset it doesn't matter what it is I usually stay quiet around my bf and I guess he notices when something is wrong with me so then he asks me what's wrong? And I tell him nothing. He always gets upset when I don't tell him what's wrong. Why?

Uh, because something IS wrong? Playing those kinds of games is a great way to ruin relationships. If you're upset, TALK TO HIM. And certainly don't tell him nothing is wrong when it's not true.

Why would you tell him nothing is wrong when something is wrong?  That doesn't make sense and seems like you like to play games rather then have a true relationship.

Instead of saying "nothing" be honest and admit you're upset but not ready to talk about it. It's that easy!
