Faint line 4 weeks after ectopic pregnancy??
So... on March 19 I had my left tube removed due to rupture from an ectopic pregnancy. Today, I took a pregnancy test and had a faint line. Now... I've done my share of research before coming here but most of the articles say that after 4 weeks the HCG hormone is normally out of your system. Should I be excited about a possible pregnancy or ignore it because it may be detecting the old one? When my tube ruptured, I didn't know I was pregnant and couldn't have been too far along... they said my levels were at 1500. Someone please explain this to me. I'm not very knowledgeable on the whole thing because I've never been pregnant before the ectopic. My last period ended on New Year's Day. If that helps you determine how far along I was on March 19 and if that could explain the faint line or not. Also... the test was taken mid day after I had peed about 6 times already.... if that makes a difference...
Any comments are appreciated!
