I'm 4 days late, and I'm cramping like crazy this week.. But I've taken two pregnancy tests - both negative. Possible conception would've been just under two weeks ago. Pregnant, period symptoms without the period or something wrong?

Af could be on the way. If it your tests are negative you can wait a couple more days and test again. Symptoms of pregnancy are different for everyone so no one can give you an answer about if your pregnant from your symptoms. Pregnancy test don't lie. I would test again in a few days.
