Chlamydia during Pregnancy

Have any of you had chlamydia during pregnancy? I have been with my boyfriend for almost 4 years and I am now almost 7 weeks pregnant and the hospital called me to let me know that I have chlamydia :( I never thought I would have chlamydia. I got pills prescribed for it but should I be worried that I can have a miscarriage? :( I am so sad , I don't know what to do.
