We were dating but I broke up with him about 10 days ago. He is abusive and I had to call the cops on him because he wouldn't stop yelling at me and pushing me around.

I promised him if I became pregnant, I would tell him.

Well, I took a test this morning and it came out positive.

He is anti abortion. But I told him I'm getting an abortion as soon as possible. He said that he was going to tell my mother and call the cops on me for murdering his child.

Can he sure me for aborting "his" embryo?
