I've lost my plug with two previous pregnancies and I went into labour either the next day or sooner! All woman are different so be prepared for today, tomorrow or next week yay☺️ congrats on meeting your baby soon eek!

It Looks like the mucus plug. It is a sign that your cervix us sofneting and opening. From what I read about labor can be right around the corner or not, it's different with everyone. Call your doctor to let them know, specially if there is blood in there.
