Is anyone else not sleeping well??

This is my first pregnancy and I'm incredibly nervous, happy, and excited. I didn't know if sleeplessness is a symptom or just due to my emotions lol!

Ever since week 4 I've been waking up at 430-5 every morning and then I can't go back to sleep. I think it's the hormones and also think about all the information we get given and decisions we need to make etc. so nope your not alone 😴

I've been sleeping so terribly that I've been the crankiest mommy ever! I used hypnobabies for my second child's birth and loved it. So I went on their website and got the "Easy Pregnancy 6 Track MP3" it has a special track to help mamas fall asleep, another one to help you relax and calm your mind and a few others. The relaxation one and sleep one have helped me so much and I've only used it twice! I know it probably sounds a little "hippy dippy" and I was skeptical at first, but after I was able to deliver my second baby without an epidural I will never doubt this program again. I just feel much more pleasant in general and like having the "me" time to relax my body and mind. I read that stress is a huge no no even in early pregnancy and hypnobabies has really helped me feel more like myself and less like the crazy pregnant lady. I swear between sleeping so poorly and the hormones I was hardly acting like myself anymore.

Yes meeeee!! I get 4 hrs some nights!! Wide awake at 3:30 almost every night. I usually sleep like a log and can't wake up. I thought I was the only one!! I hope I get sleep tonight tho. Fingers crossed?

Yes I'm 9 weeks 6 Days and find it ok to fall asleep but staying asleep is a totally different story! Wake up at least every hour to pee plus toss and turning ! What a nightmare I think there preparing us for those night feeds

Same here. Terrible nights. I am 8 weeks today and I wake up constantly even though I feel absolutely exhausted. Even if I do get a few hours consecutively I still feel like I have woken up the entire time or hardly slept. I did find out my blood pressure is very low so that could explain the fatigue. Not sure how to tackle this at work because I really don't want to tell them yet. 😴

Its starting to get rough.. I wake with my back hurting and constantly tossing and turning.  Didn't expect to be sleep deprived so soon in my pregnancy lol

Omg yes, although I think also hubby has been off for the easter break and he's a nightshift worker so im not used to him being in bed of a night time haha. But my hips and lower back have been aching even with a pillow In between my knees I just can't seem to get comfy. Also subconsciously I could be sleeping differently cos im worried about mc again. I've got my 1st ultrasound on weds and im absolutely terrified. My last mc was over new yrs and I ended up having a d&c in Jan this yr.

I am only 5w 4days. Before pregnancy I NEVER had troubles getting my 8 hours in! The last week I have been up at least once every night to pee, having crazy dreams every night, tossing and turning and getting sore back and hips if I stay in one position for too long :( when I do get a full nights sleep it's very chopping... waking up constantly.. I haven't been able to sleep through the night. But at the same time I'm exhausted :( 
I never had any of these problems pre pregnancy!

4w3d here and I haven't been sleeping well at all! I've been waking up from my insane dreams between 4 and 5am. Taking a pregnancy test/peeing and then laying in bed until my husband wakes up or it's time to get up for work! Lol. I've heard it's due to a rise in progesterone and I'm sure it's also a little bit of excitement/nerves! I'll happily embrace it though as this baby will be well worth it ❤️❤️❤️❤️ good luck ladies!

Last night was the first night since literally my last period 😩 I find falling asleep alone helps because if my fiancé is in the bed I'm tossing ALL NIGHT and constantly waking up.. I figured I was just excited idk
