Advice needed from a good decorator /interior designer

A question for the decorating-savvy: I just found this convertible crib in great condition for $350, so I (possibly prematurely?) jumped on it. I love the look and love the steep discount even more!

But of course that means purchasing the matching dresser/changing table online is a $1,000+ cost that I'm not willing to pay. The colors are otherwise impossible to find: ivory (there are so many shades of ivory) and ash wood (yeah... What does that even mean?).

To coordinate (affordable) furniture with this, what other colors can I look into? Can you mix woods? White with ivory? Grey? I have no idea, but if I'm going to shell out this much for a crib, I'd like the setup to look nice!
