SOS!! Weight loss for wedding!
I'm getting married in August and I NEED to drop at least 25-35 more pounds before then.
I've already lost about 12lbs but I'm totally plateaued at this point.
I have PCOS and thyroid problems. I drink 68 oz of water every day. I take all my meds, prenatal vitamins, and I few other supplements and I have been on a really strict diet for about 2 months now. I go to the gym at least 3 times a week, doing mostly cardio.
I've asked my doctor for help and he offered me a prescription diet pill but I REALLY dont want to go that route. I'd like to do this the right way if possible.
Does anyone have any advice? Please and thank you!
